Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you continue to experience issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us evaluate the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Photographs of the damaged products

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging, if applicable

We will review each situation individually and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy where appropriate.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Well Traveled Health ships only to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping, including shipments to U.S. territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.

We may expand shipping destinations in the future. Any changes will be reflected on our Website and in this Shipping Policy.
